Below are a range of frequently asked question to assist you in evaluating Adam Lawrenson's services.

1. What format will I receive my Images in?

Images are produced in a digital format and are supplied on CD or DVD as .jpeg or .tiff files depending on requirements. We can supply images at various sizes suitable for a variety of purposes.

2. What are the size of the images you take?

Lightwave Studios uses Sony and Nikon cameras and the choice of camera depends on the job. Our cameras range from 10mp to 25mp giving file sizes from 20mb to 150mb depending on image type and pixel content. We can also supply email ready files for you on the same CD.

3. Are your services insured?

We have commercial insurance including Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.

4. What is the turnaround time for your work?

We can usually turnaround jobs quickly, however, this depends on the size and scale of your project. All post production is done by us and therefore we have complete control over the work flow.

5. Can you email work to us for distribution in this format?

Yes. We can also set up a client web album if required, online, allowing you to view the progress of a large project. This facility also allows you to download smaller file types for distribution. These private website albums are available through our client log-in area and are password protected.
